            Conditions of Entry

           1.    I, the skipper/owner of the boat referred to above agree to enter the BWMW Putt Putt Regatta 2006 at my own risk and                             absolve the organizers, all its servants, agents or helpers from any claim or responsibility for any personal injury or loss or                    damage to any crew member or vessel or property that  may occur to boat, its crew or a third party in the process of                    participating in the Regatta whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

             2.   I, the skipper/owner as above, agree and confirm that the boat is seaworthy in accordance with all rules and regulations of                    NSW Maritime Authority and that the boat carries life jackets for each of the crew members and other safety equipment as                    per NSW Maritime Authority Safety Regulations.
